Q: How do I get samples of the vinyl floor cloths?
A: You can purchase single sample under the Vintage Vinyl Floor Cloths section, or on each vinyl cloth product page. You can also contact the store by phone (781-444-4037) with which pattern/names you want. Get 2 free swatches with code: FREE. After that, there is a $2 charge per sample swatch. Free shipping. Non-returnable.
Q: Are the vinyl floor cloths returnable?
A: Unfortunately the vinyl cloths are non-refundable or exchangeable. Due to the vast selection of over 2500 items, each one is made to order. Vinyl cloths form the Quick Ship section are returnable, credit will be given when received, less the return shipping cost. I try and provide as much information to you so that you can make an informed decision. There is a YouTube video on the product pages and samples are available.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: If you have created an account, go to the Order Status tab at the top of the home page, sign in, and enter the order number you are inquiring about. If you do not have an account, or need more information on your order, simply e-mail a request for an update to daren@puravidahg.com. Please include your order number.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Free shipping for items over $99. For items $1-99, a flat rate of $9.95 is charged.
Q: What if I receive an item and it's defective or broken?
A: We will work with you personally to resolve the issue. In most cases a replacement will be shipped to you immediately. If possible, please e-mail a picture of the damages to daren@puravidahg.com with an explanation of the issue.
Q: Where do you get your product?
A: Pura Vida strives to offer handcrafted products made by local artisans and craftsmen. Our goal is to support and promote talented entrepreneurs from the Boston area. Other products are resourced from trusted manufacturers. Quality, style, and price are the three most important characteristics we expect from our products.
Q: Are there places to park?
A: Not only are there ample places to park, but it's FREE for 2 hours! Park behind the building in 'Chapel Street Parking' lot. Entrance is by Lewando's cleaners on Chapel St.
Q: Is the showroom open to the public?
A: yes.
Q: What payment options do you accept?
A: Cash, Visa, MC, Amex, and all contactless payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
