Returns Policies: 

In store purchases:

We understand there are times when an item just doesn't meet your needs. If you would like to return or exchange it, please do so within 10 days of receiving the item. We ask that items be in their original purchase condition. Credit will be given in the same form as payment.  

Online purchases:

Pura Vida is a small business. Should you be concerned about purchasing an item on the web and may need to return it, please contact the store before buying.  In most cases items can be returned to the store within 15 days.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded after consideration.

- Refunds on vinyl cloths: Only Quick Ship and In-Stock cloths in sizes 20x30, 30x44, 38x56 and 52x76 are refundable. Credit will be given when cloth is received, less return shipping costs. All other vinyl cloths are made to order (not in stock) and are non-refundable after they are produced. You can cancel the order anytime before the cloth is made.  Samples are available and I will be happy to help if you have any questions or concerns.  Defective items will be replaced with the same cloth.

Should you want a large quantity of an item, we ask that you call the store before buying online. Inventory levels are maintained daily. However, if an item is no longer available from the manufacturer, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be given for the unavailable item.

Free shipping includes ground shipping within the continental US. Extra fees such as signature required or other special instructions incur an extra fee. Please contact the store for further information.
