Returns Policy
In store purchases:
We understand there are times when an item just doesn't meet your needs. If you would like to return or exchange and in-stock item, please do so within 15 days of receiving the item. We ask that items be in their original purchase condition. Credit will be given in the same form as payment.
Online purchases:
Pura Vida is a small business. Should you be concerned about purchasing an item on the web and may need to return it, please contact the store before buying. In most cases items can be returned to the store within 15 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or refunded after consideration.
**Vinyl floor cloths are made-to-order items and are non-refundable. Only cloths from the Quick Ship and In-stock category on the website are refundable less return shipping costs. Orders can be cancelled unless the item has already been produced for you.
- *Free shipping on orders over $99 (Free shipping is only for Spicher and Company products - continental US) Wall art ships separately from vinyl floor cloths. So if ordered together, they will be subject to the shipping if each piece is less than $99.
- $9.95 shipping for orders under $99 (Smaller items may ship for less.)
Should you want a large quantity of an item, we ask that you call the store before buying online. Inventory levels are maintained daily. However, if an item is no longer available from the manufacturer, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be given for the unavailable item.
*Free shipping includes ground shipping within the continental US. Extra fees such as signature required or other special instructions incur an extra fee. Please contact the store for further information.
